Our package includes a phone call consult and a private walk through of our venue to ease any nerves and better understand your vision as well as offer expert advice. Proposal Concept Creation: We curate a custom proposal concept designed exclusively for you, considering the color/theme, personalization and decorations. Location Scouting: We suggest breathtaking destinations around our private venue that align with your vision, providing the perfect backdrop for your proposal. Candlelit Decor and Ambiance: We create a captivating atmosphere with enchanting candles and exquisite decorations. Professional Photography and Videography: We arrange for professional photographers and videographers to discreetly capture every precious moment of your proposal. Want to us capture the moment with a video? Add-on behind the scenes video (starts at $50). Instagram formatted video (15 seconds duration) to share with family and friends with your song of choice. Cancellation Policy

48 hours in advance cancellation request required. Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice, eligible for refund, minus cost of food. 24 hours or less, 50% refundable. If the weather does not permit a picnic, the client may reschedule at no additional cost. Requesting an appointment time/area, does not guarantee it's availability. You will be notified of confirmation.
