Hours of Operation 

Monday-Friday,  5-7:00pm
Saturday-Sunday, 10am-7:00pm


We are a gated property and all visits must be scheduled. You will receive the address upon booking approval. Thank you for understanding.


Please note other small groups may be on the grounds during your picnic (no more than 12 total people at any given time). With ample space to spread out, we assure you your picnic will still feel intimate. If for some reason you need complete privacy (for example if this is for a proposal), please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Winston Salem's Picnic Ladies packages start at $200 (for up to 2 people, $15/per additional person). Maximum of 12 guests. While we may offer set-ups at other locations at a later date, we are only offering use of our private farm at this time. We are a gated residence and all visits must be scheduled. Includes: Grounds reservation (no additional fee), beverages and/or baked goods or charcuterie box from a local vendor, set up, clean up/breakdown, utensils, plates, cups, décor, pillows, rug(s), and more. Outside food and catering are permitted. Need help? Any additional local pickup within 5 miles of 27103 zipcode at starts at $15 (i.e. a meal or special cake order).

Please note that submitting a request for a picnic does not guarantee availability at the requested time, however, we will respond back as promptly as possible after your submission is received to confirm or coordinate an alternative date/time if necessary. Winston-Salem's Picnic Ladies require at least a 48 hour notice prior to scheduled picnic. 1 hour minimum required appointment duration. 

Upon booking approval, you will receive a reservation confirmation that outlines property policies, address, and invoice. Your date will not be secured without a deposit, in full required upon booking approval.  


A 50% minimum of deposit is required upon booking approval to secure your date. Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice, eligible for refund minus costs of expenses/food. 24 hours or less, 50% refundable minus expenses/food charges (as food/charcuterie orders will have been placed by this time ) and expenses. Invoice will reflect your custom package.

Outside Food: Outside food and catering permitted. Local pickup within 5 miles of 27103 zipcode at starts at $15. Food must be pre-paid.


Adult supervision: Individuals under the age of 17 shall be supervised during the site visit.

Alcohol: For those 21+, BYOB is allowed in limited quantity. Absolutely NO underage alcohol consumption permitted. No red wine please.

Provided Food: Supplied food is sourced fresh from local businesses. All provided perishable food is refrigerated until time for your picnic. We are not responsible for allergy reactions or illness due to food or beverage consumption.

Weather: If the grounds should be unsuitable (i.e. too wet or icy) for your picnic, Winston-Salem Picnic Ladies will reach out about rescheduling at no additional cost.

Pets: Only dogs are allowed on site. Must be on a leash. Please clean up waste after your pet.

Fishing, swimming and boat use: No fishing or swimming in the lake or creek is permitted. Use of boat on land or water is not permitted without pre-approval.

Fire hazards, Damages, "Act of God", and Injuries: No fireworks/rockets, sparklers, spray paint or silly string, weapons of any kind, or open flames will be permitted. Only flameless candles are allowed. The guest/participant is responsible for disposing of any trash created or items brought with them during the visit. Damages to the property are subject to fines. After 2 weeks, personal uncollected belongings may be disposed of or donated by the property owners. We are not held liable for natural disaster, personal or wildlife-inflicted injury, illness, or personal items. This includes, but not limited to wedding/special events attire. We advise all guests to bring walking shoes to easily navigate the property and terrain and prepare for the ground being damp in some spots if it should rain before your activity.

Damages/stolen Picnic Décor/Items: Things happen, we get it! In the event any items are damaged beyond repair, we ask that you reimburse us for a replacement.

Cleaning procedures: All plates, cups and tableware are washed after each use. All other decor, rugs, pillows, etc. are sanitized. 

Noise levels: We ask that guests keep in mind and keep volume/amplified noise levels low to be respectful of others and neighbors of the property. If noise is deemed too loud, you may be asked to lower volume. For this reason, live music is not permitted at picnics. Thank you for being considerate!


Restrooms: Please note that while the property is located within minutes conveniently to surrounding businesses in Clemmons and Winston, there are no immediate indoor restrooms on site (until the completion of the chapel) but a single portable restroom is available during construction. Therefore, guests are advised to plan/get ready before arriving for their photo session or picnic.

Changing wardrobe: Due to being an all outdoors space and having guests (and neighbors) of all ages, we ask that there is no outside changing of clothing. We want all guests to feel comfortable and safe, therefore ask models and guests to change clothing privately (either in their car or we will provide a pop-up tent for privacy). For these reasons, no nudity will be permitted. Thank you for understanding.
