Service Description

Hosting your wedding at our 56+ acre venue, The Little Chapel at Haven Ridge? This package includes a picnic for two or up to twelve people guests hosted by Winston-Salem's Picnic Ladies. Optional Full-service planning, Vendor coordination, and Photographer recommendations. RATES: 2 guests; $500+: Up to 4 hours on the property (venue rates apply), elopement/sweetheart table, 1 bottle of champagne, ice and bucket, and charcuterie for two (standard), small cake stand, bud vase florals, décor, place settings (glassware, silverware, napkins, plates), rugs, pillows, post-event clean up, (local pickup within 5 miles of 27103 is included) Groups up to 12 guests total; $625-$800+: 4 hours on the property (venue rates apply), bud vase florals, 3 bottles of champagne, ice and bucket, décor, place settings (glassware, silverware, napkins, plates), small cake stand, optional additional food/grazing picnic table, rugs, pillows, post-event clean up, (food is not included but local pickup within 5 miles of 27103 is included) ADD-ONS: Charcuterie (SEE MENU for options), baked goods, local food pick up, fresh floral bouquet, polaroid camera. Cancellation Policy

48 hours in advance cancellation request required. Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice, eligible for refund, minus cost of food. 24 hours or less, 50% refundable. If the weather does not permit a picnic, the client may reschedule at no additional cost. Requesting an appointment time/area, does not guarantee it's availability. You will be notified of confirmation.
