Service Description

This package is ideal for group celebrations of 5-12 guests from baby showers to birthday brunch. Includes 2-4 picnic tables (for up to 12 guests), champagne OR non-alcoholic beverages, and tablescape. Optional add-ons: charcuterie box or board OR locally sourced cookies, pick up a meal or cake from local restaurant/bakery. Let us know if you'd like to add on charcuterie from Dogwood Eatables OR locally baked cookies in your request form (**this is not included with the picnic, averages $25-55+). Includes: Grounds reservation (no additional fee), beverages, set up, clean up/breakdown, utensils, plates, cups, décor, pillows, rug(s), and more. Outside food and catering are permitted. Need help? Any additional local pickup within 5 miles of 27103 zip code at starts at $15 (i.e. a meal or special cake order). Pricing starts at $245-395+ for up to 12 people. **Please note that submitting a request for a picnic does not guarantee availability at the requested time, however, we will respond back as promptly as possible after your submission is received to confirm or coordinate an alternative date/time if necessary. 1 hour minimum required to 2 hour maximum. Your date is not secure without a deposit. **If this is for a styled/photo shoot, private picnic or both, please let us know in your request. Cancellation Policy

48 hours in advance cancellation request required. Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice, eligible for refund, minus cost of food. 24 hours or less, 50% refundable. If the weather does not permit a picnic, the client may reschedule at no additional cost. Requesting an appointment time/area, does not guarantee it's availability. You will be notified of confirmation.
